Why Epworth HealthCare needs your help
Epworth HealthCare is the largest not-for-profit private hospital group in Victoria. Receiving no direct government funding, it relies on the generosity of its community to enable it to stay at the forefront of advancements in technology.
About Epworth Medical Foundation
Established in 1982 as a charitable fund, Epworth Medical Foundation provides the channel for philanthropic support to be directed to each of the divisions within the healthcare group.
Under the governance of a Board of Trustees and the leadership of an Executive Director, the Foundation has developed a broad range of initiatives to encourage community support on a variety of levels.
Activities include direct mail appeals, memorial giving, bequests, trusts and foundations, gala events and auxiliaries. Please click on Fundraising Initiatives to find out more.
Funds raised are used to purchase medical equipment, fund nursing scholarships and develop research programs across the healthcare service.
Epworth Medical Foundation is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient and has Income Tax Exempt Charity status with the Australian Tax Office.
